All bookings are taken for the academic year only. i.e from June 2016 to 30th April 2017 ONLY (NOT THE FULL YEAR) . When making an online booking, please ensure that you check the cancellation policy beforehand.

At Unique Luxury Hostel We provide One Set of Bed linen, Quilt, pillows.

You will need to show proof of studies from your university by way of your acceptance letter. We would also need you to send us a digital passport photo for your key card ID and a photocopy of your passport, Aadhar, (and Visa if required) for identification. Unique Luxury Hostel will need to receive all these documents prior to check-in and you can send them to us electronically as well. Please note that we will also need your signed contract with us prior to check-in.

You only need to pay a refundable interest free security deposit of Rs. 20,000 to secure the room with us. The remaining Hostel and Mess fees as per current academic year for your full year stay has to be paid in advance prior to arrival (NOT REFUNDABLE).

Almost everything is included in the rate, there are just a few bits and bobs in addition. You can use the fitness centre for free and other recreation facilities. All you need to do is to sign a disclaimer to learn how to safely use the equipment. You can pay for your laundry on a pay-per-use basis. We also have a dry cleaning service onsite who offer laundry and dry cleaning services at great student prices.

Of course, 32 Inch LED Flat TVs are provided in the all Single & Twin Sharing Premium rooms Except Triple and Twin Economy Rooms. We also provide 32 Inch LED Flat TV in Living Room of Every Luxury Apartment. You’ll be able to connect the TV to a centralized cable system at all times. We have air conditions in all the premium rooms.

Of course, All Apartments are well connected with Intercom Facility If you wish, you can set up a phone in-room to make and receive external calls via Reception on chargeable Basis or you can simply choose to use an internet-based service like Skype and set up an account with them.

We have a laundry service tie-up onsite with several washers, dryers and ironing service on chargeable Basis.

Yes you can, but we can only offer this if there is still space available and you have a valid reason. Please bear in mind that different rooms are offered at different prices and it may be that you have to pay a different rate to occupy a different room. The rates are based on a number of things, e.g. size of the room, location in the building and availability. You can contact our reservations team for more information Conditions apply.

You will receive 2 keys (room and wardrobe) as a resident. You will need to pay Rs.750 deposit for a new room key to cover the costs

Of course, Unique Luxury Hostel Recreation Space, Fitness and Games Zone are free for you to use whenever you feel like it. (NOTE: DURING OPERATIONAL HOURS.)

At Unique Luxury Hostel, we have on-site, five days a week maintenance staff who are also on emergency call out at weekends. They will be able to sort out all those pesky plumbing jobs, electrical fixes, and repairs in your room and the communal areas. With one simple request, help is on the way.

Yes, we have personalized storage space for every student in every shared and individual room where you can store your personal belongings if you don’t want to keep them in your room, or if you are away during summer time, we can store this for you until you check back in.

Yes, there are Rules and Regulations which every student resident has to follow for the smooth and comfortable stay of every student and also to maintain discipline. You will have to sign the affidavit and declarations and follow the rules before you check-in. Please read carefully before enrolling.
